Book a Bowen Session

It is recommended that first-time clients commit to two Bowen sessions approximately one week apart (although they can be further apart if necessary). Your first session will take approximately 90 minutes. Subsequent sessions may take between 45 - 90 minutes. Sessions cost $50 (cash or cheque). See Coupons for budget-stretching savings.

OTHER BODY WORK: For maximum benefit from your Bowen session, please book your Bowen session at least 4 days after any other bodywork (chiropractor, massage, accupuncture, physiotherapy, etc.) and allow at least 5 days after your Bowen session before booking any other bodywork. Please arrange your appointment so that you can avoid strenuous activity for the balance of the day after your treatment.

FYI: If you are unable to negotiate the steps to my treatment room, I will provide Bowen treatments in your home- please contact me to arrange an appointment.

APPOINTMENT SCHEDULE

Generally, I will be having one or two clinic days each week with appointments available at 1:00, 2:30, 4:00, 5:30 and 7:00 pm. The days of the week are flexible and will change according to demand and my other commitments. Although I prefer not to work mornings or weekends, I do occasionally accept morning or weekend bookings depending on circumstances (out-of-town clients, conflicting work schedules, etc.). I do my best to accommodate appointment needs.
